Who pays for the return shipping cost?

Once the product is back in the possession of the supplier, if the problem was due to supplier liability then the supplier will cover the shipping charges both ways. The return cost will be refunded to you. If the supplier does not accept liability for the return then you will have to cover the shipping both ways.
